Return & Exchange Policy
At R.E.A.’s Boutique, every dress is carefully selected and prepared with love. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and ask that you please review our return policy before ordering.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept eligible returns or exchanges within 4 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Unwashed and unaltered
- Free from stains, makeup, perfume, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Returned in its original condition and packaging
Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer.
All returns must be approved before being mailed back. Please contact shopreasboutique@gmail.com with your order number to request a return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Final Sale Items
Clearance items, discounted final-sale items, personalized/custom-made dresses, accessories, hair bows, and gift items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or arrived damaged due to an error on our part.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking. R.E.A.’s Boutique is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Every order is carefully inspected before shipping. If you receive an incorrect item or believe your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
Sizing
Please review our size chart carefully before placing your order. Because sizing may vary between designers and styles, we recommend checking the measurements listed for each dress.
Ordering the incorrect size does not qualify as a damaged or defective item.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
